Work directly with clients/customers to ensure their record retrieval needs are met.

Work with medical facilities, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and others to complete the record retrieval process.

Communicate effectively with internal and external resources.

Make outbound calls to clients, facilities, and healthcare providers.

Take inbound calls from both clients and facilities to answer questions and provide excellent customer service.

Provide world class customer service.


    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Keen eye for detail

    Great interpersonal skills.

    High School diploma or equivalent

    Desire to work hard and be part of a growing company and winning team.

    Knowledge of computers / ability to type 30+wpm is a MUST

    Call Center experience or equivalent experience is required.
